The InterventionZ program was developed by Novartis in 2005 to mobilize healthcare professionals to more proactively address the treatment of patients with bone complications from cancer who are taking ZOMETA, and to support oncology nurses and physician assistants caring for these patients. The information provided through this program is based on the guidance of faculty advisors and feedback from nurses like you. It is this closed loop that creates a program that is for nurses, by nurses. Currently InterventionZ has more than 4,000 nursing professionals who have completed the Bone Health Counselor accreditation program.
